Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your AQF gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us at info@aqfsports.co.uk within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover the return postage and send you a replacement or a full refund, including your original delivery charge. For some lower-value items we may not need the item back.

Size exchanges (UK)
Need a different size? Email us at info@aqfsports.co.uk, then return the unused item at your own cost. Once it arrives, we’ll send your new size free of charge. Please check our size charts before ordering to get the right fit first time.

Change of mind (UK)
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return unused items. Return postage is at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge (if you paid one) within 14 days.

Outside the UK
Return postage is at your own cost.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of abdominal guards or socks unless they are faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
